Commissioned pieces are for personal use only - Commercial use is prohibited. If you wish to use any art for monetization please reach out to me beforehand so we can discuss further. This can also be done for pieces commissioned in the past.
Use as NFTs is strictly prohibited
I have the right to decline a commission without reasons given.
I retain my full rights as the artist. This includes showcasing your commissioned piece as part of my portfolio on other sites and using it to advertise myself and/or my commissions. I do not claim any rights to the depicted character if it does not belong to me.
Do not claim the commissioned art as your own. While you are free to re-upload your piece wherever you wish I ask you to give me credit where possible. You can do this by linking me directly on the platform you’re re-uploading to [see network] or by crediting me by name and linking to my carrd.
No refunds once I started with the piece. Exception will be emergencies, if I have to cancel the commission or you lose contact to me for over a month.
Smaller revisions after the sketch is confirmed - such as little details or small areas to recolor; will be free of charge up to 2 times. Anything more comes with an additional fee depending on complexity.
