Whatever you want of your character as a bust or half-body that fits in a 8.5x11" or A4 (default is 8.5x11") with lighting and background.

General Information
This is a trimmed down version of my full TOS specifically for Banchan. If you have any questions, please ask.
Commissions may or may not be streamed on my Twitch channel or recorded for discussion on my (still pretty empty) Youtube or Patreon. If you don’t want your commission streamed, please let me know while ordering. If you do want your commission streamed, also let me know and I will try to make it happen. If no preference is specified, it’s assumed you don’t mind either way.
Availability & Waitlist
I don’t work on a limited, low number of “slots” but by the amount of time I have available in the next few weeks and what projects might fill that.
The maximum amount of projects I’ll accept in an “empty” week will be roughly equal to 40 hours work. The amount of time available will grow or shrink based on my other commitments including commercial projects.
If I'm closed to work because I have enough scheduled for a week, there’s a ping role in my Discord server that you can sign up for to be notified of status changes.
Process
Fill out the commission form, providing any information and references you have (character, pose, etc.). Any reference provided should be SFW.
Please note any deadlines or known issues with your availability so I can prioritize commissions efficiently. In general, projects should be done before 30 days from order regardless of start time. If something comes up that would push it past that point, commissioners effected will be notified, and refunds are an option.
Sketch stage has one total redo, and beyond that each stage has a revision round. I won’t do changes one by one so please batch all changes you want together at once. Obviously sometimes things slip through the cracks or weren’t obvious at first, which isn’t an issue, but if there are an excessive number of revision rounds needed, there will be an extra charge based on the scale of the changes and project itself.
You will be provided with a full res file for your own records and a smaller web-sized one for in-line posting on websites, plus any custom sizes that are requested.
Payment
Prices are subject to change based on availability, artwork dimensions, and complexity.
Tips are not expected or required.
Cancelation & Refunds

If the artwork hasn’t been started and you cancel, you will receive a full refund.
Once art is started, partial refunds are an option by essentially changing the degree of finish (i.e. change a fully rendered image to a flat color or sketch), just let me know before I start the next stage! This is on a case by case basis.
No refund will be given if the artwork is nearing completion.
If I cancel at any stage, you get a full refund, but I reserve the right to resell anything completed as a YCH or similar later.
If your commission has been in progress for 30 days and I have made no progress, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
Usage & Image Rights
This TOS is for non-commercial images, which means you have the right to use the image for your own personal use but cannot mass produce it or sell copies of it in any form. You retain rights to your characters.
You will be provided with web-sized versions of the image to post, but the high resolution version is for your own records, not for listing online. If you need a specific size and crop (avatars, similar) I can create it for you at no charge, just let me know when ordering.
I’m open to making edits to things like character references at a later date if, for example, your RP character gained a new scar or similar. If it’s a relatively small change it may be low to no cost, so please ask instead of DIY or asking another artist to edit it (the right of other artists to edit my work is not included in non-commercial commissions). This may not be an option for all commission types — the more painted and rendered an image, the harder it would be to do.
I as the artist keep the rest of the rights to the art and may display it in my portfolio, website, art books, etc. I also retain the right to make the image more generic for selling as prints. I also have the right to keep and reuse any rejected sketches, thumbnails or similar for any use.
Aside from reselling a physical original drawing or painting, you are not allowed to resell images at a profit, including as NFTs or other crypto/blockchain content. Similarly you also cannot submit the art to be used as a source image for AI.
By Default, You Can…
- Post web-sized files on your various sites/accounts that allow it with credit & links to my account(s)
- Crop for avatars/similar
- Print the art on paper/t-shirt/etc. for your own personal, non-commercial use
- Resell physical original art (traditional media)
You Cannot…
- Use or reproduce the artwork for commercial usage in any form unless you purchase commercial rights
- Repost without credit and/or claim you drew it
- Pass to another artist to make edits or edit it yourself
- Resell digital art at a profit
- Mint the art into a NFT or similar
- Include the art into AI source pools
