Commission Terms
- The commissioned art is for personal use only.
- You can use it as social media profile image/background as long as you credit me in the description.
- Commissioned art cannot be used in any way to create NFT, as base for AI images or edited in any way without permission.
- You need to provide all necessary visual references for the character designs. I may not be able to change mistakes in design on my drawing that are result of insufficient reference material.
- I will send you progress images after each significant stage of work.
- You may request small changes after each significant stage of work, twice at each stage. Additional changes or corrections inadequate to the stage are not possible.
- I keep the right to post the finished commission on my social media channels and in portfolio. I will honor requests to keep the commission private as long as terms of service remain unbroken.
- I reserve the right to refuse taking the commission request for whatever reason.
- Commissions are non-refundable.
